Terms & Conditions

Child Policy

  • 0-6 years of age is Free of Charged on Room Only (NO EXTRA BED ; SHARING WITH ADULTS ONLY)
  • 2 Children are allowed per room.
  • Kids breakfast is Php175.00/child/breakfast

Extra Person Charge

  • Extra Person Per Night Inclusive of Breakfast and Bed Charge is P 650.00

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation received more than 7 days prior to arrival date will incur 30 % of the total room rate.
  • Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge.
  • Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be
  • treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Official Check-in Time is 2:00 pm onwards and Check-out Time is 12 noon
  2. Marianne Hotel shall not be liable for failure to carry out such arrangements as mentioned which are caused by Acts of God or conditions beyond our control.
  3. In case of FORCE MAJEURE, the Hotel shall not be responsible for cancellations or failures if such cancellations which arises out of causes beyond its control. Such causes may include, but are not restricted to, acts of God or of the public enemy, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, earthquakes and severe weather. While we cannot return your down payment in such events, conversely, you can rebook it within a 3 month period from the date of cancellation provided with supporting documents. (This policy is subject to room availability).
  4. Marianne Hotel will not be liable for the safety of any cash / valuable left in the guest rooms. Guests may utilize the safety deposit box inside their room and may ask assistance from the front desk.
